Cash Collecting:

The electronic coin validator is able to accept up to 14 different coins. All accepted coins go either to the change giver or directly to the self locking cash box which is housed in a secure compartment.

Change:

The change is collected automatically from inserted coins, and paid out automatically when the ticket is issued.

Tickets:

Printing and issuing of tickets takes place approximately one second after the vend button is pressed. One or two lines of text can be printed which will  typically include the serial number, date, time, price, description or location. Fixed information may be pre-printed on the ticket stock and, if necessary, can include an indication as to which part of the ticket is to be retained as a receipt.

Button Prices:

Up to 30 different prices are possible with selection buttons or keypad to suit. Simple price changes are possible through the coin acceptor mechanism, with no special tools or equipment required.

Audit:

The ticket stock is automatically printed with audit information when the cash box is removed. This will typically  include the sum of the cash in the box, the sum of cash in the change giver, and the quantities of each type of ticket issued.

Magnetic Cards:

The TCM is suitable for use with magnetic cards for customer identification or stored value.

Barrier/Turnstiles:

The TCM may be used in conjunction with barriers or turnstiles.
